1. Agreement
By accessing the Stillthread Studio website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update the terms when services or legal requirements change.
2. Educational information
Course descriptions, levels, durations, material suggestions, and prices are provided to help you compare learning options. They are educational information, not guarantees of a particular result. Your experience depends on practice, tools, materials, and personal circumstances.
3. Catalog, cart, and Fallows
The catalog is a browsing interface. The cart and Fallows features store planning information in your browser and do not constitute a completed order, reservation, payment, or enrollment. Displayed prices and availability should be confirmed with Stillthread Studio before purchase.
4. Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, harvest information, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service.
5. Intellectual property
Stillthread Studio owns or licenses the site design, brand, written lessons, course descriptions, and other content. You may view and use content for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publish course materials without written permission.
6. Contact submissions
You promise that information submitted through the contact form is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use the submission to respond and administer the relationship as described in our privacy policy.
7. Third-party services and availability
The site uses Tailwind CSS through its required CDN and may depend on hosting, email, and browser services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every browser feature will behave identically. We may update, pause, or remove features.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its planning features are provided without a promise that they will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Stillthread Studio is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized browser access, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or reliance on incomplete information.
9. Governing process
We prefer to resolve concerns directly and ask you to contact the studio first. Any applicable dispute process, governing law, and consumer protections will be determined by the jurisdiction required for the relevant transaction.
